David L. Culbertson

Mr. David Culbertson is the Associate Director, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC) in Tucson AZ. As part of the AATC leadership team he assists the Commander in the execution of all test mission areas including: Developmental, Operational and Tactics Development flight test programs on all ANG and AFRC aircraft. As an Operational Test Organization AATC tests aircraft software, avionics, armament, and electronic combat systems as directed by the Air Reserve Component supported commands: Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). He also supervises the full spectrum of flight test operations including budgeting, planning and programming activities to ensure total resource management. Mr. Culbertson also serves as the senior civilian administrator for AATC.
